Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are prepared within about 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

United States: delivery usually takes 6–12 business days after your order ships (about 2–3 weeks total from order to delivery).

International: delivery usually takes about 2–4 weeks total, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

For Advent Calendars, we recommend ordering by early November so it arrives before December 1.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on all calendar orders.

Customs, duties, taxes and tariffs

Free shipping covers the cost of delivery only. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs/brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping, are not collected at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

If a package is refused or abandoned because duties or fees weren't paid, we can't offer a refund for that order.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email or our FAQ & Order Help page. Tracking can pause for a few days while your package moves between carriers. That's normal.

Shipping protection

Optional shipping protection covers lost, stolen or damaged packages. Even without it, we'll always help if something goes wrong. Just email us.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it any time before your order ships.
