Refund policy

We want you (and your corgi lover) to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, email us at shvateam@gmail.com and we'll take care of you.

Damaged, defective or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or an item is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it after 48 hours, email us and we'll investigate and make it right.

Digital items

Digital downloads (like the free Corgi Christmas Activity Pack) can't be returned. If your download link isn't working, email us and we'll resend it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
